The Christian Marketplace Network is sponsoring its 8th Annual Marketplace Expo and Trade Fair from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Friday November 18th at the Vineyard Community Church in Springdale.

DougThe free event, open to the public, will feature more than 30 exhibits by locally owned businesses, organizations and ministries. Former Cincinnati Bengal Doug Pelfrey founder of Kicks for Kids, helping to level the playing field for local children at risk in the Tri State area, will give the Keynote address to kick off the event at 10:00 a.m.

Also included are breakout sessions on topics relevant to the workplace Christian. Chuck Proudfit from At Work on Purpose will lead a session titled “Spiritual Adoption” which will be about the significance and process of being adopted into God’s family.  Dave Hatter, a serial entrepreneur, currently President and founder of Libertas Technologies, the 9th largest web design firm in Cincinnati according to the Cincinnati Business Courier, will lead a session on Prospecting with Linkedin.

The expo/trade fair will provide an opportunity to meet and network with other workplace Christians, pick up new ideas and enjoy great food and fun. Many door prizes will be given away as well.  Food will be available at the Vineyard Café.

Admission is FREE though you need to register.

Keynote begins at 10:00, Trade Fair opens at 11:00AM.  Breakout sessions will be between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm.

The Christian Marketplace Network started in 2000 in Columbus, Ohio. Cincinnati’s four CMN chapters provide a forum where marketplace Christians can connect on a consistent basis.
